We collect your umbrellas in the autumn, store them safely through the winter, and install them again in their original position in spring. Our service partners schedule the appointments for this with you in advance.
Winter inspection
If you book this option, we clean your umbrellas thoroughly after they arrive in our warehouse, waterproof the canopies and make any repairs required.
At the start of the next open-air season, we re-install the umbrellas at your premises, as clean as they were when you bought them.
Continuous support
Of course, we also provide you with support at short notice during the season, if you have questions or problems. In the unlikely event that a minor defect occurs or you need replacement parts or additional accessories, simply contact our friendly customer service team!
